Once again - for the 5th time - our vacation in Giardini Naxos was wonderful. The apartment La Romantica is perfect for our needs. It is clean, quiet, with a large balcony overlooking a lovely flower and fruit tree garden, but when you walk out the front garden of the complex, you are in the middle of the commercial and restaurant section of Giardini, with the sea just meters away. Our regular return is proof of our recommendation.

We enjoyed our stay in Naxos, a useful base from which to explore eastern Sicily . The apt. proved to be a safe, comfortable, and well appointed home base. We appreciated its central location. Silvana's guidebook was helpful in providing suggestions for day trips. We found the touristic information people to be most useful in providing maps of nearby towns and driving tips. They are located just down the lungomare. It seemed easier to take the bus up to Taormina rather than drive. We did both. Siracusa was worth the trip. Nichole and I would like to thank you for your patience, hospitality and amazing apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Giardini - Naxos and we even venture out to visit Taormina and Mt. Etna .We took full advantage of the location, visiting the beach multiple days, enjoyed the many restaurants nearby, the gelati, and we spent sometime on the roof deck eating, reading and relaxing in the sun. What a lovely visit we have had in Sicily thanks to your apartment. It was the perfect location to take tours to the valley of the temples, Palermo and Mt. Etna . Took the bus to Taormina and spent some relaxing days at the beach. Also enjoyed the fish store and many of the local stores for our groceries.

Our time in Sicily has been fantastic and too short. To walk up and down the cliffs + roads and alleys with houses and buildings perched arms length apart has been fantastic. "When a first visit somewhere is wonderful, returning to the same place a second time often proves to be not so pleasant. In our case, however, we found it to be even better. The apartment is exactly what we wanted - clean, well maintained, secluded, yet very close to everything in Giardini, and Giardini is the perfect base by car, bus or train to get to anywhere in the east of Sicily, and we found that day trips to Agrigento and Palermo werw quite enjoyable using the highway.
