Conditions
- Arrival and departure times: you are checked in
between 12,00 a.m. and 1,00 p.m.. On the day you depart, the check
out time is 10,00 a.m.
- Minimum staying is one week all year round.
- At the booking of the flat, you need to send 30%
of the total sum. Payment is requested by wire, check or PayPal.
- To cope with any possible damages to the property,
you are requested a caution deposit of 150,00 euro to be given
at the beginning of your staying. The sum will be given back on
your departure after an inspection of the flat.
- On your arrival the flat will be thoroughly cleaned
and you are asked to let it tidy at the end of your holiday.
- Linen (bath + bed) weekly changed: € 10,00
per person
- Heating and light bills are included up to a
€10,00 weekly. Extra consumption will be charged at cost.
- No pets admitted.
